职场工作,吃亏是福
自从建了公众号,持续性分享使得麦粉越来越多,时常会有人跟Mike吐槽或者说是抱怨,说公司太垃圾,什么都要做,甚至去打扫卫生,车间装货。
其实,Mike很理解大家的心情,可能在象牙塔待了太久,习惯了象牙塔里无忧无虑的日子,突然要面对这样的生活,难以接受,难以适应。但是,每个人都要经历这些,只有经历了现实生活,才会磨砺,才有成长。
新人,最缺的是什么?能力。能力来自哪里?经验。经验来自哪里?实操。所以,别再小孩子气,能做的就做,能抗的就抗,能挺的就挺,我们都不是小孩子了,社会是个大学堂,没人会像家里的父母一样宠着你,让着你,趁我们还年轻,多经历,多思考,多沉淀,这才是最重要的。
有的时候,多去车间,未必就是坏事,你可以多看多学多请教,Mike一直在强调,对于产品和行业的认知,绝对是直接影响到你后期拿单时的谈判能力的,如果对于产品不熟悉,客户随便说点什么就把你说蒙了,何谈引导客户?而且,一旦你丧失了主动权,全局被动,即便拿下订单,恐怕也落不得多少利益,大多被客户侵占而去。引导客户,很重要,不要客户说了什么就慌了,怕了,也不要客户说什么就信什么,更不要客户说什么就跟着说什么。
Q群刚刚一位朋友问了一个问题:
Just now I got an email reply from a new customer, She said my samples tested ok and were satisfactory, but there was a better product than ours.so they decided not to choose our product. Pls, help me, how to reply the email to grasp this customer.
以下是Mike帮写的助攻邮件:
dear **, I could understand that many suppliers there are trying to get your orders. And I could imagine that you must have collected many samples. But as you know that this product is mainly made of***,**, and ***. And the one you required from us is made of ***. The main difference between them is that *******. I wonder if you could let us know the exact point you focus on and see if we could find a better solution for mutual benefits. You may get better products and service from us. Just wait for your support on this information.
这封助攻邮件只是我随手敲的,如果对产品不够了解,一样是没什么大的帮助,我的邮件思路也是建立在引导和产品基础之上。(脱离产品,空谈价格,不死也难)
学习,在于积累,在于主动,不要一直抱怨,因为抱怨多了,自己会更累,对于自己毫无帮助。
时代淘汰的不会是笨的人,只会是懒的人和只会抱怨的人。放弃你的,不是时代,是你自己!
